As we use Stripe as our payment processor, we do not have control over the approval or rejection of transactions. Stripe's system independently determines whether to accept or decline a payment.
Solution
While we cannot directly resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

- Check your balance – Make sure your card has sufficient funds.
- Contact your bank – They may provide more details on why the transaction was declined.
- Try a different payment method – If the issue persists, you can convert your fiat currency to crypto and complete the payment using our crypto payment option.
